Have you tried to grill or smoke your favorite meat at home only to be disappointed? Don’t worry, you’re not alone! Cooking over an open flame is a skill that’s difficult to learn and grilling, in general, is an art. Summer Breeze Outdoor Kitchens is here to help you learn to grill and BBQ like a professional!
Cooking mouth watering food on the grill is an involved process that factors in all the choices you make during the grilling process: from the type of grill you use to the source of the heat (wood, charcoal or gas) to the type and cut of meat.
Environmental factors (such as the outdoor temperature and humidity), whether you used the correct marinade or injection, and learning to control the flame are just some of the keys to the puzzle of producing amazing food on the grill. Like many things we need to learn, it’s hard to find skilled teachers and accurate information. Our grilling classes have been developed throughout our many years of outdoor cooking experiences.
Anyone can flip a burger and make it passable, but only a skilled cook can produce food on a grill that is legendary!
