In this fun and entertaining class we will teach about and cook the following:

• Kabobs
• Lamp Chops
• Leg of Lamb
• Roast Vegetables

We will discuss marinaded, preparing the lamp, cooking instructions and how to serve. There will also be a sampler pack to take home!
